Create Rules & Actions, and Scheduled Tasks to Support Operations
Based on your devices’ data elements, DeviceTone IoT Suite lets you configure Rules & Actions that will create the business processes you need regarding your field service / after sale processes, with ease of use and no programming at all.
You can declare any rule or set of rules that are based on changes in devices data or different events, that will trigger one of the following actions:
- Send SMS or Email messages to specified contact
- Call an API on your application, sending relevant data as parameters
- Run a specific command on one / a group of your devices
- Open a field-service Ticket on your CRM system
DeviceTone® Scheduled Tasks enables you to dynamically set actions to be executed periodically on certain days and times.
